Looking to replace those blued stock header pipes on your Standard (wire spoke wheels) or T100 with something more period-correct looking and less prone to discoloration?  We’ve got what you want!

Norman Hyde has just introduced these wonderful English manufactured 304 grade stainless steel header pipes. Please note that there are no Oxygen Sensor bungs on these pipes, so EFI will need their O2 Senor circuits switched off.

Fits all years of Standard Bonneville (only with wire wheels) and T100 models.

Can be adapted to Scrambler and Thruxton models with some hardware changes.  Inquire.

IMPORTANT: These pipes are designed to be used with stock Std/T100 mufflers or aftermarket mufflers designed to fit stock Std/T100 head pipes.  No guarantee against bluing.

Not fitted with threaded holes for emission test

No catalytic converters.

OD 42mm (1-5/8″) but will fit earlier carb 38mm (1-1/2″) type.

Fit with HBS105 and HBS165 as well as Triumph original silencers (and all aftermarket mufflers designed for use with the stock header pipes).

These highly polished header pipes will fit all T100 models. The slightly larger diameter gives a more traditional look on the earlier carb models. On EFI models you can dispense with the ugly and pointless lambda sensors without leaving the welded bosses which spoil the look. (the ecu can be programmed to switch them off).

Perfect for improving the looks of an older model with badly tarnished pipes, removing the cats on a version with cats in the headers or getting rid of the lambda bosses on an EFI bike.
