Cone Engineering Shorty Performance Mufflers

With the 2016 introduction of the water-cooled 900 & 1200 twins for Triumph, Cone Engineering is once again at the forefront of developing new high performance slip-on mufflers for these new models.  Simple DIY slip-on design using basic hand tools.  Available in your choice of finishes to match your OEM header pipes or a custom look: Highly Polished, Brushed Finish or Black.

Now available for all the new water-cooled Triumph family.  Thruxton, Thruxton R, Bonneville T120, Bonneville T120 Black , and the Street Twin.  Smaller and more compact that OEM or our Dominator series.

The cone has a maximum diameter of 3.75” and a large 2” opening on the reverse cone.  A lot of mufflers with large outlets have a “hollow” sound, but with our unique double-step rifled perforated core you still get a tight solid tone!

Fits the original equipment Triumph headers and catalytic convertor.  The muffler mounting bracket attaches to the REAR of the stock passenger foot peg support, using an included spacer that replaces the stock rubber rear peg insert.  Can be used with stock passenger pegs or with foot peg block offs kits.  Muffler kit includes clamps, sealant, and spacers.  Stock kickstand stops are still in place on frame and header, no changes needed there.  Since stock cats remain in place, no retuning should be required. Not Compatible with centerstand.

Finish matches your OEM headers.  Available in either Bright Polished (T120 or standard Thruxton 1200), Brushed Finish (Street Twin or Thruxton R), or black ceramic (special order all models, additional $100 cost).

Even with the minimal size of these mufflers, you don’t get an excessively loud sound due to catalytic converters remaining in place.  They are slightly louder and more aggressive than our Dominator Sport mufflers fitted to the same motorcycles
